Company\u00a0<\/strong>(<em>University Miguel Hern\u00e1ndez of Elche<\/em>).<br \/>\n<strong>Abstract.<\/strong>\u00a0La prueba evaluaci\u00f3n cl\u00ednica objetiva y estructurada (ECOE) es un m\u00e9todo de evaluaci\u00f3n de la competencia cl\u00ednica con evidencia de validez, objetividad y confiabilidad. En este estudio nos propusimos analizar la prueba ECOE de los estudiantes de sexto del grado de medicina. Material y m\u00e9todos: Estudio transversal de la prueba ECOE realizada en la Facultad de Medicina de la Universidad Miguel Hern\u00e1ndez de Elche en junio de 2016. En la prueba participaron 116 alumnos. Hab\u00eda 7 (35%) estaciones de paciente estandarizado, 5 (25%) estaciones de informe, 4 (20%) estaciones de maniqu\u00ed\/procedimiento y 4 (20%) estaciones de tipo examen oral estructurado. La mediana de la puntuaci\u00f3n de los alumnos fue de 7,14 (recorrido intercuart\u00edlico: 6,90-7,43). La mediana de la puntuaci\u00f3n de los alumnos del primer d\u00eda por la ma\u02dcnana fue de 7,10, del primer d\u00eda por tarde fue superior (7,14) y la del segundo d\u00eda por la ma\u00f1ana tambi\u00e9n lo fue (7,24; p = 0,1). La estaci\u00f3n con menor puntuaci\u00f3n fue la de informe (6,41) y la estaci\u00f3n con mayor puntuaci\u00f3n fue la de maniqu\u00ed\/procedimiento (7,88) (p &lt; 0,001). Company\u00a0<\/strong>(<em>University Miguel Hern\u00e1ndez of Elche<\/em>).<br \/>\n<strong>Abstract.<\/strong>\u00a0The objective and structured clinical evaluation test (ECOE) is a method of evaluating clinical competence with evidence of validity, objectivity and reliability. In this study we set out to analyze the ECOE test of sixth grade students of medicine. Material and methods: Cross-sectional study of the ECOE test carried out at the Faculty of Medicine of the Miguel Hern\u00e1ndez University of Elche in June 2016. 116 students participated in the test. There were 7 (35%) standardized patient stations, 5 (25%) reporting stations, 4 (20%) mannequin \/ procedure stations and 4 (20%) structured oral examination type stations. The median of the students&#8217; score was 7.14 (interquartile range: 6.90-7.43). The median score of the first day students in the morning was 7.10, the first day in the afternoon was higher (7.14) and the second day in the morning was also higher (7.24; p = 0.1). The station with the lowest score was the report station (6.41) and the station with the highest score was the mannequin station \/ procedure (7.88) (p &lt;0.001).
